This summer, Synergy Hockey Management will be offering a development and client camp. Open to Synergy clients and by invitation, these sessions include on-ice sessions, off-ice seminars, mobility, season preparation and more. Our team focuses on creating high-end experiences and building connections amongst players.
Synergy clients will be sent invitations. Those interested in attending are welcomed to contact for invitations and further details. Synergy reserves the right to select players that fit the skill level of the camp, maintaining a high performance environment.

Frequently Asked Questions - Development Camp

For 2026, Synergy Hockey Management will host their development and client camp in St. John’s, NL at Jack Byrne Arena. Some limited travel will also take place within the city.

The camp will be from the evening of August 7, all-day August 8, and all-day August 9. This Friday to Sunday camp will allow players to fly or drive in to St. John’s on Friday morning, and travel out Sunday evening.

Synergy clients and select invitations are eligible to register for development camp. You may request an invitation by contacting Ryan.

All attendees will receive on-ice sessions, off-ice seminars, training and mobility, a round of golf and a Synergy merchandise package.

There will be two main groups within the camp - a Male Prep/Junior group and a Female Prep/University group. These main groups will travel together for the majority of sessions. There will be times where all participants are in sessions together, such as during golf.

No, attending camp and signing for player representation afterwards is not required. Although players consider this, our staff is here to provide development opportunities for all players.
